The most amazing and flavoursome food ever, every dish a delight to eat. Exceptional atmosphere with friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Definitely worth a visit and great choice of Wines and Spirits. The Greek God of Apollo statue added to the ambience.
We stopped here randomly on our way to the beach, looking for breakfast and had such a pleasant experience. The food was just superb, a small breakfast selection at the cafe, outstanding quality, flavour and friendly service to match. Dog friendly and a very happy toddler with the most delicious pancakes. Highly recommend it and will definitely be returning.

The Duck certainly lives up to its reputation. The cozy ambiance, superb service and flavorsome food will have you coming back for more. The menu is eclectic. Highly Recommended are the Sunday Roast, Fish & Chips, The Queenie Scallops with garlic & parsley butter and The Local Mussels with white wine, garlic, shallots & cream, all just lovely!
Had a wonderful evening at the Duck. Second time of visiting but probably 5 yrs apart and it hasn't lost any of its charm. Saturday evening with 2 or 3 course option offering varied choices. Only supplement was the Duck which my daughter and I had. So glad we did. Won't ruin surprise but was well worth the addition. Great service, attentive staff. It was special occasion because my daughter had got engaged, so so they made it special with presentation plate and some bubbles. I would thoroughly recommend a visit to the Duck
One of the best Sunday roasts we’ve had for a long time. The staff were very welcoming. We were a group of eight and nothing was too much trouble. The food was superb and the pub/restaurant has a great atmosphere. We will definitely return when we’re visiting North Norfolk.
This was my third visit to this restaurant, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. The food here is truly exquisite, with every dish bursting with flavour and prepared to perfection. If you’re looking for a place where the food is always outstanding, this restaurant is a must-visit. I can’t wait for my next meal here!
